On May 30th 2023, at 9:16pm UTC, Chromatic deployed a change that caused an internal issue in UI Reviews which produced system errors - this has now been resolved.
We identified the problem and resolved this, as of May 31, 8:25am UTC. This issue would have caused many customers to receive error messages, and systems could not be used normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
We are now deciding upon changes to prevent this class of incidents from recurring, in addition to improvements to our incident response practices to address the underlying causes of our long response time in this case.
